1. Father, break every chain of addiction over my life, in Jesus name.
2. I receive deliverance and freedom that only Christ can give.
3. I reject every craving and desire that does not glorify God.
4. I surround myself with support and accountability for lasting change.
5. I declare that whom the Son sets free is free indeed.
