1. Father, heal every wound in my heart caused by those who hurt me.
2. I release forgiveness to everyone who has wronged me, in Jesus name.
3. I refuse to carry bitterness — I choose to walk in freedom and peace.
4. Every root of resentment in my heart is uprooted by the Holy Spirit.
5. I receive complete emotional healing and wholeness.
